DEFINITIONS

"GamesGuru " (also referred hereinafter as “We”, “Us” or “Our”) refers to the web and app-based

HTML 5 gaming platform operated and owned by Veniso Solutions Private Limited and its sister

company Obigin Media Labs LLP, based out of Hyderabad, Telangana, India and including its

website, mobile applications, and associated services.

"User" (also referred hereinafter as “You”or “Your”) refers to any individual or entity accessing or

using the GamesGuru  platform, including registered users, guests, and visitors.

"Platform" refers collectively to the GamesGuru  website, mobile applications, games, interactive

features, and other services provided by GamesGuru .

"Content" refers to any games, text, images, videos, audio, graphics, software, code, or other

materials available on the GamesGuru  platform, including user-generated content.

“Premium Games” refer to special games available on the GamesGuru platform that users can access

after payment using virtual currency (Coins) from their Wallets.

“Play & Win Games” refers to the interactive games available on the GamesGuru  platform where users

can participate to win virtual rewards such as Diamonds and Coins.

“Tournaments” or “Events” refer to competitions hosted on the GamesGuru  platform where users can

compete to earn Diamonds.

“Coins” refer to virtual currency used within the GamesGuru  platform to play Premium Games or

participate in Tournaments.

“Diamonds” refer to virtual currency earned by users through gameplay, competitions, or specific

achievements on the GamesGuru  platform.

“Wallet” refer to the virtual store on the GamesGuru  platform where users' Diamond and Coin balances

are stored, and transactions are processed.

“Rewards Zone” refer to a section of the GamesGuru  platform where users can redeem Diamonds for

rewards, vouchers, or prizes.

“Fair Play” refers to the adherence to rules and guidelines established by GamesGuru  for all games and

competitions, ensuring a level playing field for all users.

"Terms and Conditions" refers to this legal document governing the use of the GamesGuru  platform by

users.

"Privacy Policy" refers to the document outlining GamesGuru 's practices regarding the collection, use,

and protection of user data and personal information.

"Third-Party Services" refers to any services, products, or content provided by third-party providers

that may be accessed or integrated with the GamesGuru  platform.

"Intellectual Property" refers to copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, and other proprietary

rights owned or licensed by GamesGuru , including but not limited to the platform, games, software,

designs, logos, and branding.

"User Account" refers to a personal account created by a user to access and use the features and

services offered by GamesGuru , including but not limited to gameplay, social interactions, and

personalized settings.

"Dispute Resolution" refers to the process by which conflicts, claims, or disputes arising between

GamesGuru  and users are resolved, including arbitration, mediation, or other alternative dispute

resolution methods.

"Effective Date" refers to the date on which these Terms and Conditions come into effect, as

specified at the beginning of the document.

"Modification" refers to any changes, updates, or revisions made to these Terms and Conditions by

GamesGuru , as described in the document.

"Indemnify" refers to the obligation of a user to compensate, defend, and hold harmless GamesGuru  

from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses incurred as a result of the user's actions or

violations of these Terms and Conditions.

"Termination" refers to the cessation or closure of a user account or the discontinuation of access to

the GamesGuru  platform, as described in the document.

"Arbitration Institution" refers to the organization or body responsible for overseeing arbitration

proceedings, as specified in the Dispute Resolution section of these Terms and Conditions.

"Jurisdiction" refers to the legal jurisdiction or governing law applicable to these Terms and

Conditions, as specified in the document.

"User-Generated Content" refers to any content, including text, images, videos, or other materials,

created or submitted by users on the GamesGuru  platform.

"Third-Party Payment Gateway" refers to the external payment processing service used by GamesGuru  

to facilitate financial transactions, as described in the Billing and Payment section of these Terms and

Conditions.

"Force Majeure" refers to unforeseeable circumstances or events beyond the control of GamesGuru ,

including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of war, terrorism, government actions, or technical

failures.

"Affiliates" refers to any subsidiaries, parent companies, partners, or other entities related to GamesGuru  

by ownership, control, or common corporate interests.

These Privacy Policies govern your use of GamesGuru 's online platform and its competition, gratifications

section called as Tournaments or Events and/or Rewards Zone, including interactive games, social

networking features, and related content (collectively referred to as the "Services"). 

The General Terms and Conditions outlined in Section General Terms and Conditions for User and

Terms and Conditions for Tournaments & Rewards are hereby incorporated by reference into

these Privacy Polices for User.

By participating in any tournament or event on GamesGuru 's platform, users agree to abide by both the

General Terms and Conditions, Terms and Conditions for Tournaments & Rewards section and the

specific terms outlined in this Privacy Policies for User section.

Clauses for Gratifications

Physical Prize Limitation

• Each physical prize shall be awarded on a one-unit-per-address/per family basis.
• Once a physical prize has been claimed for a particular address or family, no other participant from the same address or family shall be eligible to claim an additional unit of the same prize.
• The Organizer reserves the right to verify address and family details before approving the prize delivery.

Digital Vouchers

• Digital vouchers offered under this program may be claimed and redeemed multiple times, without any limit on the number of redemptions per participant, household, or address.
• All digital voucher redemptions remain subject to the terms and validity conditions set by the respective voucher provider.

Tax Deduction on Physical Prizes

• All physical prizes awarded under this program are subject to Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) as per the applicable laws of Nepal.
• Winners are required to pay the applicable TDS amount in advance before the physical prize can be processed, approved, or handed over.
• The prize will be released only after the winner submits proof of TDS payment as instructed by the Organizer.
• Any additional taxes, duties, or charges associated with claiming or accepting the prize shall be borne solely by the winner.

In the event of any dispute, conflict, or ambiguity regarding the service, prizes, eligibility, or these Terms & Conditions, the Company reserves the sole and final right to make a decision, and all participants agree to be bound by the Company’s final decision
